Robinhood Chain Crushes Hyperliquid: $560M DEX Volume Sends CASHCAT Soaring

Robinhood

  • Robinhood Chain surpassed Hyperliquid in 24-hour DEX trading volume.
  • CASHCAT’s explosive rally has helped drive activity across the new Layer-2 network.
  • Strong user growth, rising TVL, and ETH bridge inflows signal early adoption momentum.

Robinhood Chain has quickly emerged as one of the fastest-growing Layer-2 networks in decentralized finance, overtaking Hyperliquid in 24-hour decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume just days after its mainnet launch. The milestone highlights growing investor interest in the new blockchain, driven by tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), expanding DeFi activity, and an explosive rally in the CASHCAT meme coin.

The rapid rise suggests Robinhood Chain is attracting both retail traders and crypto-native users looking for new opportunities on Ethereum Layer-2 infrastructure.

Robinhood Chain Climbs the DEX Rankings

Fresh on-chain data shows Robinhood Chain processed more than $560 million in DEX volume over the past 24 hours, moving ahead of Hyperliquid. The network has also accumulated nearly $900 million in trading volume over the past week, placing it among the leading blockchain ecosystems by decentralized exchange activity.

The achievement comes roughly one week after the chain launched on the Arbitrum Orbit stack. Since then, it has attracted nearly $1 billion in cumulative DEX volume, approximately $100 million in total value locked (TVL), and more than 350,000 wallet addresses.

Adoption has also accelerated through Ethereum deposits. Data indicates that ETH bridged from Ethereum’s main network to Robinhood Chain has increased dramatically within a week, surpassing $70 million. Since ETH is used to pay network fees, rising bridge activity reflects growing on-chain participation.

RWA Vision Meets Meme Coin Momentum

Robinhood has positioned the network as a permissionless, AI-native Layer-2 focused on financial services and tokenized real-world assets. However, much of the recent attention has come from meme coin trading.

CEO Vlad Tenev has actively promoted the project on social media, emphasizing that while the blockchain is designed for RWAs, it also performs well for meme coins. Robinhood is further encouraging adoption by covering gas fees for eligible Wallet users until late September.

The combination of practical blockchain infrastructure and retail-friendly incentives has helped generate significant interest across the crypto community.

CASHCAT Becomes the Center of Attention

One of the biggest beneficiaries of Robinhood Chain’s momentum is CASHCAT. The meme token has delivered extraordinary gains over the past several days, including another sharp jump in the last 24 hours.

Market excitement intensified after blockchain analytics revealed a wallet reportedly connected to well-known crypto personality Ansem accumulated millions of CASHCAT tokens. Although the purchase fueled speculation across social media, no official confirmation has linked the investor directly to the trade.

The combination of viral attention, growing liquidity, and active community participation has made CASHCAT one of the most closely watched meme coins in the market.

Robinhood Chain’s early success demonstrates how quickly new blockchain ecosystems can gain traction when they combine strong branding, retail accessibility, and active trading opportunities. While RWAs remain the network’s long-term objective, meme coin speculation has become a major driver of early adoption.

Whether Robinhood Chain can maintain this momentum will depend on sustained user activity beyond speculative trading. For now, its rapid climb above Hyperliquid in daily DEX volume marks one of the most notable developments in the Layer-2 sector this month.
