Cardano (ADA), the smart contract platform founded by Ethereum co-creator Charles Hoskinson, is gearing up for its 2025 Summit in Berlin on November 12–13. Organized by the Cardano Foundation, the event aims to bridge blockchain innovation with enterprise adoption, highlighting practical applications from AI integration to decentralized identity solutions. With over 1,500 attendees, 800 enterprise leaders, and more than 100 speakers, the Summit is set to be a pivotal moment for Cardano and the broader blockchain ecosystem.

Innovating Through Hackathons and Builder Events

The Summit kicks off with “Day Zero” on November 11, a builder-focused event featuring a hackathon and pitch competition. Participants will compete across two tracks: an open track for all developers and a challenge track centered on AI agents built on Cardano. Winners will receive prizes, with all projects required to be Cardano-native, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to nurturing ecosystem-driven innovation.

Key Themes: Digital Identity, Supply Chains, and AI Integration

Sessions at the Summit will explore critical topics shaping the future of enterprise systems. The “Towards Digital Identity” discussions will focus on verifiable digital identities (DIDs) and trust-minimized infrastructure suitable for governments and enterprises. Meanwhile, “Beyond Barcodes” will tackle supply chain transparency and digital product passports, showcasing how blockchain improves traceability and operational efficiency. CTO-led panels will examine how AI and decentralized technologies can drive enterprise-scale solutions, supported by emerging EU regulations like MiCA and German BaFin oversight.

These events will provide networking, workshops, and insights for innovators, developers, and business leaders seeking to implement blockchain solutions in real-world scenarios.

The Cardano Summit 2025 demonstrates the platform’s dedication to combining innovation with enterprise readiness. From hackathons to high-level discussions on AI, supply chains, and digital identity, the event highlights the practical potential of blockchain beyond theory, positioning Cardano at the forefront of global digital transformation.
