After a challenging start to 2025, Solana (SOL) is showing renewed strength, igniting hopes of a major breakout that could propel the token back toward its record highs. With SOL now trading just below the critical $250 resistance level, investors are watching closely to see if the bullish momentum can carry it over the top.

Why Solana Is Surging Again

SOL’s resurgence comes after months of weakness following its January all-time high of $295.31, which triggered a sharp 65% decline down to $95.31. Since that low, however, Solana has surged by over 150%, recently hitting $239.80 and edging closer to the final resistance before reclaiming its record peak.

Technical indicators are flashing bullish signals. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has crossed the neutral 50 mark, and the Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) has turned positive — a combination that has historically triggered powerful rallies in SOL’s price.

A Parabolic Rally in Motion

On the daily chart, Solana has been climbing along a parabolic ascending support line since April, with momentum accelerating sharply in September. The price has posted six consecutive bullish daily candlesticks, a hallmark of aggressive buyer interest.

Analysts note a 1-2/1-2/1-2 wave pattern, a classic structure of parabolic rises, suggesting SOL is in the steepest phase of its rally. If confirmed, the current price move could accelerate even further in the near term.

Solana Price Prediction for 2025

Solana’s long-term wave structure suggests the token has entered the fifth and final wave of its multiyear uptrend that began in 2023. If this plays out, potential price targets sit between $426–$459 and $632–$684 before an eventual market-wide cooldown.

If Solana decisively breaks above $250, it would likely open the door to new all-time highs before the end of 2025.

With bullish indicators aligning and a parabolic trend accelerating, Solana appears poised for a breakout. Clearing the $250 barrier could be the trigger that sends SOL into uncharted territory and back to record highs — or beyond.
