Hedera (HBAR) may be on the cusp of a significant trend reversal after a prolonged corrective phase that began in late 2024. Market analysts are closely monitoring price action as both daily and intraday charts show signs of a potential bullish breakout forming.

HBAR surged to a local high near $0.387 in December 2024 before entering a complex WXY correction, culminating in a bottom at $0.125 on April 7, 2025. This corrective wave concluded with the formation of a descending wedge — a classic bullish reversal pattern. A recent breakout from the wedge and a retest of the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level at $0.1749 further suggest a possible trend shift.

Despite a 12% decline since the breakout high, analysts view the pullback as a healthy retracement rather than a bearish breakdown. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has exited oversold conditions but remains below overbought levels, leaving room for further upside.

To validate the bullish outlook, HBAR must hold above key support at $0.1437. A daily close above $0.1749 — the 0.618 Fib resistance — would significantly increase the probability of a new bullish cycle targeting $0.2155.

On the 1-hour chart, HBAR completed a five-wave impulse to $0.175, followed by a corrective ABC structure. Wave C appears to be concluding near $0.1437–$0.1450, where horizontal support and the descending trendline converge. A strong rebound from this zone, accompanied by volume confirmation, could ignite a rally toward $0.2155 in what may be wave (iii) of a new bullish phase.

However, if $0.1437 fails to hold, HBAR risks extending lower to the $0.1173 support, aligning with the 0.786 Fib level on the daily timeframe.

For now, traders are watching closely as Hedera tests pivotal support. If confirmed, the next leg higher could mark the beginning of a broader bullish reversal in HBAR’s price structure.
