XRP Price Analysis: Key Technical Levels to Watch for Bullish Momentum or Continued Decline

XRP has been making waves in the cryptocurrency market recently, with its price experiencing significant fluctuations. This has captured the attention of analysts and traders, as they closely monitor the asset’s performance for signs of potential bullish or bearish trends. One such analyst, EGRAG CRYPTO (@egragcrypto), recently shared insights into XRP’s price action using a 12-hour time frame, shedding light on crucial technical levels that could shape its short-term direction.

XRP’s Crucial Technical Levels

According to EGRAG CRYPTO, XRP’s ability to regain bullish momentum hinges on closing above the 21 Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $2.67. The 21 EMA is a key indicator that traders use to assess short-term trends, and a sustained close above this level could signal a shift toward an uptrend. This target closely aligns with another analyst’s identified key level of $2.7, further emphasizing its importance.

However, failure to break above $2.67 may suggest continued bearish pressure, leaving XRP vulnerable to further declines. The next significant resistance zone lies at $2.81, marked by the 0.702 Fibonacci retracement level, which traders often use to pinpoint potential price reversal zones.

Resistance and Support Zones

XRP’s recent struggles can be attributed to external factors, including the Trump administration’s tariff threats. Despite these challenges, the immediate hurdle for XRP remains the 21 EMA at $2.67. A close above this level could mark the beginning of a recovery, while failure to do so may indicate further downside risk.

On the downside, XRP has established support at $2.45, near the 50% Fibonacci retracement level. If the price falls below this zone, a deeper decline toward $2.07 could be in store.

XRP’s Potential Price Scenarios

Should XRP break through both the $2.67 and $2.81 levels, bullish momentum could accelerate, pushing the price toward higher resistance zones at $2.96 and $3.16. However, if the price fails to breach these levels, a rejection could lead to a potential decline.
