Stellar Lumens (XLM) Eyes 25% Surge: Will It Break Above $0.39 and Hit $1 in 2025?

Stellar Lumens (XLM) has shown promising signs of recovery, surging 3% in the last 24 hours. Despite this, the asset’s weekly performance remains down by 18%, according to market data. As XLM trades at around $0.34, analysts are closely watching its movements, particularly the key $0.33 support level, for signs of a potential breakout.

Technical Analysis: What’s Next for XLM?

Technical analyst Ali Martinez has pointed out that XLM could be poised for an explosive uptrend if it holds above the critical $0.33 support level. Using the TD Sequential indicator, Martinez suggests that the current conditions are signaling a buy opportunity. XLM has been consolidating within the $0.34-$0.39 range, and if it successfully breaks above this level, it could surge by 25%, potentially reaching $0.45.

However, failure to maintain momentum above $0.33 could lead to a 33% decline, with a target of $0.22. The asset’s daily chart reveals an overstretched price, far from the 200 Exponential Moving Average (EMA), hinting at the potential for an uptrend.

Growing Bullish Sentiment and Market Dynamics

XLM’s spot inflows and outflows further support the bullish outlook. Over $6.5 million worth of XLM has been withdrawn from exchanges for self-custody, signaling strong buying pressure from long-term holders. Binance’s XLMUSDT pair shows a long/short ratio of 1.8, with 65.4% of traders holding long positions, indicating optimism among top traders.

Looking ahead, analysts believe that if XLM continues its bullish trend, it could hit $1 by early 2025, with the potential to reach $2 as market conditions improve.

Catalysts for a Bullish Breakout

Several factors point to XLM’s potential for a bullish surge. Technological adoption, limited supply, and historical trends support a bullish outlook. Additionally, the market dynamics, including trading leverage and the overall bullish sentiment in the crypto space, could propel XLM toward its price targets.
